The role of telemedicine at a time of widespread disease

Said Reza Amoli, secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, has reviewed an e-health strategy article to tackle diseases and viruses such as Corona.

Sections of this article include: Throughout history, there has always been an outbreak of infectious diseases, from the plague that was the first widespread infectious disease to Covid; the economy has.

A glance at the risk of a widespread disease shows that the prevalence of such diseases has narrowed in the past decade.

In the contemporary era, under the threat of pervasive viruses such as corona or natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, electronic health services are an important public health facility, including prevention, monitoring, diagnosis, prioritization, treatment and follow-up.

In fact, when the risk of the disease reaches the level of all people, the possibility of connecting people to a common communication network (the Internet), which today has close to 2 million people in Iran, is an important opportunity for national and international social networks. Decreasing disease development and providing health services, public health and inclusive treatment through the provision of essential public and personal knowledge are considered.

In the contemporary era, under the threat of pervasive viruses such as corona or natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, electronic health services are an important public health facility, including prevention, monitoring, diagnosis, prioritization, treatment and follow-up.

Some of the elements of eHealth include efficiency, quality of care, evidence-based, service and patient empowerment, physician-patient interaction, physician education, information exchange, expanding health services, ethics and fair services.

The results of the World Health Organization's Year 1 study show that mobile health in high-income countries is moving toward eliminating mobile health care costs, but in developing countries, it is being provided to provide access to primary care.

The integration process of eHealth and mobile health solutions into public health systems is due to the important role that eHealth and mobile health play in all stages of the process of health care delivery, including prevention, diagnosis, decision making, treatment and follow-up.

The capacity of telemedicine has diminished the importance of location and distance and in many cases eliminated the importance of location and distance. Despite the powerful and pervasive health and medical capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we need to strengthen the health and medical power of new technologies.

Obviously, we will never need face-to-face, objective or physical medicine, but many areas will become more systematic, computational, and efficient in relation to new and redefined medical engineering technologies.

He emphasized: The importance of bipolar health and medicine in monitoring, diagnosing and treating chronic diseases, the dangers of natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, and contagious diseases such as this new coronavirus and Kovid disease are clear. This capacity is an important opportunity to provide public support for public self-care, telecommunication skilled services, tele-counseling and inclusive treatment, and all cybersecurity-related issues that are a serious necessity.

Some robots are also used to carry hospital waste or disinfection of infected rooms, which are effective in reducing the deaths of staff and medical staff.
