Big data and machine learning are a way to find the development pattern of infectious diseases

Today, data science technologies are used in the fight against the spread of infectious diseases. These technologies collect various data related to the widespread disease and combine it with the map and the location of the data, so it can be considered as a solution to identify the path of disease spread and populations that are potentially susceptible to infection. In fact, big data analysis includes collecting a large amount of structured and unstructured data, extracting value from the data, analyzing the findings and using it in decision making. In connection with widespread diseases, the use of such a process provides the possibility of scientific and correct response. Also, due to the complexity of modern widespread diseases, a multifaceted solution is needed, and solutions that are based solely on big data may not give meaningful and concrete results. Therefore, recent efforts are focused on fighting widespread diseases by using real and up-to-date data from various sources such as the Internet of Things or social networks, which collect more useful data and improve the effectiveness of data analysis (Report of the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development, 2018).

Artificial intelligence and robotics play a key role in infectious diseases such as the Corona virus, and telemedicine plays a key role during the outbreak of widespread diseases, and robotic devices can be used in such cases. For example, robots can be used to take samples from the patient or check his disease symptoms, or artificial intelligence can be used in hospital beds to control the patient's symptoms or to move automatically when needed, and to avoid endangering the doctor and nurse and the spread of the disease, such as Corona prevented others. Also, some robots are used to carry hospital waste or disinfect contaminated rooms, which is effective in reducing the mortality of medical personnel and staff. Of course, disease and virus are the result of breaking the divine laws of nature (water, soil, air, plants and trees), body and behavior. And it is the human spirit that leads to the destruction and pollution of nature, water, air and physical diseases and individual and social behavior of human society. God has designed the truth of the universe and any kind of departure from this truth, which is actually the rules and laws of existence, leads to public calamities. Certainly, new technologies have created new requirements for health, healthcare and treatment that require We are medical system engineers according to new conditions. Entering the period of emergence of new technologies and era of connectivity, intelligentization and automation of all types of communication and connection of all people, information, objects and processes to devices on a programmable algorithm platform and with the ability of data processing, data mining and intelligentization of warnings, a type of intelligent warning capacity to pay attention It has provided communication to disease, treatment and self-care with the capacity of all users connected to virtual space or internal networks.

On the other hand, the emergence of new medicine in the form of interventional radiology, virtual hospital, remote nursing, remote surgery, remote pharmacy, remote empowerment, remote monitoring and remote medical education, remote consultation. And emergency aid has been made possible from time to time. The capacity of telehealth and medicine has diminished the importance of location and distance and in many cases has essentially eliminated the importance of location and distance. Therefore, despite the powerful and comprehensive health and medical capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we need to strengthen the power of health and medicine related to new technologies. Obviously, we will never be without a physical, objective doctor, but many fields will become more systematic, calculated and efficient in connection with new technologies and the redefinition of medical engineering.

The importance of two-dimensional health and medicine in the monitoring, diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases, risks caused by natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, and infectious diseases such as this new corona virus and covid-19 disease is clear and obvious. This capacity is an important possibility in order to provide people's cooperation in general self-care, skilled services in the form of remote nursing, remote counseling and comprehensive treatment and all categories related to the virtual intelligent space, which is a serious necessity.
